Shipping policy

At Doyumura we work with suppliers based in the United States and Europe so your order arrives in days, not weeks. Every product ships from the warehouse closest to your delivery country.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery times

  • United States: 2 to 7 business days (domestic shipping from a US warehouse).
  • Spain: 3 to 8 business days (shipping from an EU warehouse).

These timeframes include processing and transit and begin from order confirmation. They may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier delays). The specific timeframe for each product is shown on its product page.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost, when it applies, is shown clearly in your cart before you complete your purchase. When a product includes free shipping, it will be stated on its product page.

Order tracking

After your order ships you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. If you have not received tracking information after the timeframes above, email us at support@doyumura.com and we will look into it right away.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. Doyumura is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within the first 24 hours after your purchase so we can try to correct it before dispatch.

Customs and import duties

Because we work with local warehouses in each market, your orders are normally not subject to import procedures. Should any customs charge apply, it is the recipient's responsibility under the regulations of their country.
