Refund policy
At Doyumura we want you to shop with complete confidence. If something isn't right, we'll resolve it fairly and quickly.
How long you have
You have up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return or refund by emailing support@doyumura.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason.
How we resolve it, based on amount
- Orders up to USD 75: we process your refund without requiring you to physically return the product, once your request is verified. This speeds up the resolution and saves you shipping hassle.
- Orders over USD 75, or cases of a defective or incorrect product: Doyumura covers the return shipping cost. We'll send you the instructions, and once we receive or verify the product we process the refund or replacement.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with photos of the product and packaging. In these cases the return is always free for you, and you may choose between a full refund or a replacement.
Refund timing
Once a return is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear.
Exceptions
By their nature, some products cannot be returned for change of mind, except when defective: personal-use and hygiene items once opened, perishable goods, and made-to-order or personalized items. Any exception will be stated on the product page.
