Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. Just email us at support@doyumura.com with your order number and a short description of the reason.

 

How we handle it

For most orders, once your request is verified we issue your refund without requiring you to ship the product back, saving you the hassle and return shipping.

 

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with photos of the product and packaging. In these cases you can choose a full refund or a free replacement, and it is always free for you.

 

Refund timing

Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear.

 

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, personal-care items that have been opened may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return (defective items always are). Any product-specific exception will be noted on the product page.
