Shipping policy

We ship across the United States.

 

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

Estimated delivery

United States: 3-8 business days from a U.S.-based fulfillment center. This includes processing and transit and is counted from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier delays). Any product-specific timeframe is shown on its page.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping cost, when it applies, is shown clearly in your cart before you complete checkout. When a product includes free shipping, it is stated on its page.

 

Order tracking

After your order ships you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. If you do not receive it within the stated timeframe, email support@doyumura.com and we will look into it right away.

 

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. Doyumura is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us within 24 hours of your purchase so we can try to correct it before shipping.
